On Saturday, August 21, Lehigh University welcomed its newest family members — the Class of 2025 — and celebrated the Class of 2024 in a long-overdue, in-person Rally!

Alumni had the opportunity to relive the memories, and parents got to watch live via livestream as their students experienced the Lehigh family for the first time!

In officially adopting the Class of 2025, class representative Karen Stuckey '75 presented the 2025 class flag to Ethan Riester '25 — an historic moment, since this was the first time an alumna represented her class in the adoption ceremony, 50 years after Lehigh welcomed its first coeducational class.

The Class of 2024 was re-adopted by class representative Gus Gustafson '74, who presented the 2024 class flag to Isiah Simon '24 and Harry Shmerler '24.

Prior to The Rally, there was a dinner to honor Lehigh's volunteers, which included the rally flag bearers and the network of alumni, parents, and friends who continually help make Lehigh the exceptional university that it is, and to celebrate the legacy families and the Classes of 1974 and 1975.
