Trumpet player Klaudia Jazwinska ’18 and snare drummer Jean-Pierre Villamar ’19 provided these photos taken during the Marching 97’s trip to London. In addition to delighting crowds while performing from Piccadilly Circus to Parliament Square in the cities’ 2018 New Year’s Day Parade, the band’s experience included taking landmark tours such as Windsor Castle and the Royal Observatory and Maritime Museum, performing at historic Cadogan Hall, meeting supportive alumni, and learning how to navigate around town riding the underground tube transportation.
