The Inauguration of Lehigh’s 15th president, Joseph J. Helble ’82, was held on October 15, 2021.
The Lehigh Philharmonic played music for the ceremony. The Reverend Lloyd Steffen, university chaplain, offered the invocation and benediction. Joshua Venick ’22 sang the National Anthem and Lehigh’s alma mater. Student speakers included Victor Cochrane ’22, undergraduate student senate president, and Kadia Hylton Fraser ’22G, graduate student senate representative.
