In a time-honored tradition, the 2015 First-Year Student Rally was held on Saturday, August 22, 2015. Following a dinner in the Lamberton Hall Great Room, the 50-year class gathered to process into Grace Hall, led by the Marching ’97, and accompanied by alumni, faculty, staff, and members of leadership, including Lehigh’s 14th president, John Simon. Within Grace Hall, the Class of 2019 received a warm welcome from the Lehigh Family, and the Class of 1969 President Hal Fittipaldi presented the 2019 Class Flag to legacy student Shannon Beattie to officially adopt the incoming class.
